ADAM MARMONT, 27, of Hyde Meadow View, Witney, admitted three sets of driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. He was caught behind the wheel of an Audi S3 on Standlake Road on August 16 last year. He was driving the same vehicle on Ducklington Lane the following day. He was then caught driving a silver Ford Focus on Tower Hill on November 9. He received six months’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, with a mental health rehabilitation requirement and must wear a GPS tag until September 20. He was disqualified from driving for a year and a half and must pay £200 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LUKE HOBBS, 30, of Greenfinch Road, Didcot, admitted driving a BMW i40 on Broadway, Didcot, last December while over the legal limit for cannabis. He was fined £316, banned from driving for a year and must pay £211 in costs and surcharge.

ROZA WYSOCKA-HOJDYS, 35, of Balliol Road, Bicester, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in Banbury on February 11 this year. She had been required to provide a specimen after being stopped on suspicion of having committed a traffic offence. The magistrates banned her from driving for a year and imposed a community order with an alcohol abstinence monitoring tag and up to eight rehabilitation requirement days with the probation service. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
CLEBER CELESTINO, 43, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, pleaded guilty drink driving a Ford Focus on December 18 last year. When he was stopped on the Cowley Road, blood tests showed he had 130mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. The magistrates fined Celestino £184, imposed a 12 month driving ban, and ordered the payment of £85 in costs and a £74 victim surcharge.

SARAH COTTERELL, 43, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing perfume and a coffee machine from the John Lewis at the Westgate Centre in January and March. She was jailed for 16 weeks for what the court record said was a ‘wilful and persistent failure to comply with her community order’. She appeared before the magistrates’ court on an arrest warrant. The court ordered she pay £730 in compensation.
AIDAN GORDON, 24, of Hudson Street, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Renault Clio on Hudson Street. Blood tests taken after he was stopped on December 28 last year showed he was over the legal limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £230, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £175 in costs and surcharge.

PAWEL STEPIEN, 38, of Blackthorn Green, Carterton, admitted driving a Mazda 2 on Marigold Square, Carterton, while over the drink drive limit. A breathalyser test after he was stopped on May 30 showed he was more than twice the legal limit, blowing 87mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £499, banned from driving for 17 months and must pay £285 in costs and surcharge.
