An Oxfordshire man has been banned from the roads for a year after police in Liverpool caught him drug-riding an e-scooter.
William Jacobsen, 32, was behind the controls of the electric scooter in Burnand Street on February 9 this year when he was caught over the limit for cannabis.
Jacobsen, from West Challow, near Wantage, pleaded guilty at Sefton Magistrates’ Court this month to driving a motor vehicle over the drug driving limit.

He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
