TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson has jokingly criticised his local noticeboard over the number of adverts for guitar lessons.

The former Top Gear host, who lives in Chipping Norton, posted a photo of the wooden board to his eight million Twitter followers yesterday (July 14).

As well as flyers for classes in West Oxfordshire, including in Charlbury and Ascott-under-Wychwood, the board featured at least two adverts for guitar lessons.

 “I don’t f**king (sic) want guitar lessons,” said Mr Clarkson.

Mr Clarkson runs the nearby Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington, which is the subject of the Amazon Prime hit series Clarkson’s Farm.

Series two of the programme focused on his battle with West Oxfordshire District Council to open a restaurant and extend the car park.

In a decision issued last month, the planning inspectorate granted permission for the car park extension but upheld the council’s rejection of the restaurant.
