HGVs will be diverted via the A34 while traffic can go via Sutton Courtenay, Drayton, and south Abingdon.

The bridge has been closed on-and-off for the last two years while Oxfordshire County Council repair stonework that had become dislodged to the eastern side of the north arch.
In a separate road closure in Abingdon, Stratton Way will be closed for road repairs overnight on July 28.
Councillor Nathan Ley, who represents Abingdon North on the county council, said: “As usual, if travelling on foot, bike or other non-motorised means (which I would always encourage) I would suggest you transit as usual.
“Those with frontages in the affected areas will be given access, and emergency services also allowed.”
