Jack Whitehall has added a brand new extra date to his UK tour in Oxford due to high demand.

As the show continues to take to arenas and theatres across the country, extra dates to the Jack Whitehall: Settle Down tour have been added in Oxford.

The comedian and Bad Education actor will be stopping off in Oxford’s New Theatre on September 19, with tickets going on sale on July 14 at Ticketmaster.

Also known for his Netflix show ‘Travels with my Father’, the comedian last performed in Oxford on March 23 and April 3 as part of his 'Warming Up 2023' performance.

Mr Whitehall said: “So far it’s been incredible playing to some of the best crowds I’ve ever performed in front of.

“There were a few places we weren’t able to slot into the summer so I'm really excited to be able to add some additional dates in the Autumn.”

His previous sell-out tours included ‘Jack Whitehall Gets Around’ (2014), ‘Jack Whitehall: At Large’ (2017) and ‘Jack Whitehall: Stood Up’ (2019).

The comedian has hosted a number of prestigious award ceremonies and was the youngest-ever host of the Royal Variety Performance in 2015.

His career began at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2007, where he won both The Charlie Hartill Special Reserve Competition and The Amused Moose Laugh Of.

Since then, he most recently starred alongside Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt in Disney’s Jungle Cruise, Clifford The Big Red Dog for Paramount.

He can currently be seen alongside Shailene Woodley in Robots, an independent romantic comedy directed by Academy Award nominee Ant Hines.

His previous film work has included Lasse Hallstrom's The Nutcracker and The Four Realms or Disney, Garry Marshall’s Mother’s Day and The Bad Education Movie, which he also wrote.

On television, Mr Whitehall is widely known for his hit Netflix show Travels With My Father, which released its fifth season last year.

He has also starred in Good Omens opposite Jon Hamm and Michael Sheen for Amazon and Bounty Hunters opposite Rosie Perez for Sky Television.

As a presenter, Mr Whitehall has hosted the BRIT Awards for four years, 2018 to 2021 and several other prestigious award ceremonies including the GQ Men of the Year Awards in 2020, the BAFTA Britannia Awards in 2015, 2017 and 2018 and The British Fashion Awards from 2014 to 2017.
