A fee paying school in Oxford has submitted plans to construct a new classroom block after issues with the 'poor state' of the existing building.
Rye St Antony on Pullens Lane in Headington is proposing to demolish a classroom and build a two-storey classroom block in its place.
According to the application, the existing building is in a poor state and that the windows need to be replaced.
It also states it is badly insulated, the roof leaks and it is too small for a class of 21 pupils.
