Police have released a CCTV image in connection to a theft of a bicycle in Cowley.
Officers believe the individual may have vital information regarding the theft outside Poundland in The John Allen Shopping Centre.
A man in his 40s was shopping on April 19 when the offender stole his bicycle.

The bicycle is described as a yellow and black Carrera Racing Pushbike by police.
Investigating officer PC Troy Biddiss based at St Aldates police station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the person in this image to please get in touch as they may have vital information about this incident."
Those with information should call 101 quoting the reference number 43230170271 or the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
