New plans would see nine homes built on the site of a former car park in a village near Abingdon.
Applicant Annington Property have made an outline planning application to build the new houses on a parcel of land in Shippon, a village to the west of Abingdon and south of Wootton.
The new homes would be constructed off Spey Road adjacent to former Ministry of Defence housing.

The land was formerly a car park, but made ground was laid on top which created a poor semi grassed area.
In its design and access statement, planning agents PPML Consulting said: “The applicants believe the design of the proposal will improve the built environment through its quality, which respects and enhances the character and appearance of village of Shippon.”
The application has been made to Vale of White Horse District Council with a target decision date of August 29.
