ARTAK RUKASYAN, 50, care of Sheriffs Drive, Oxford, admitted driving a Mercedes in Littlebury on October 15 last year while over the drug-drive limit for benzoylecgonine and, in a separate charge, breaching a non-molestation order by going to a property in Headington. He was handed a community order with a three-month GPS monitoring tag, must attend up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions with the probation service and was banned from the roads for a year.
PANASHE MACHIMBIDZOFA, 23, of Dunstable Road, Dagnall, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes A class on Park End Street in February while the alcohol in their breath was one-and-a-half times the legal limit. Tests showed they had 57mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. The district judge imposed a 14 month driving ban, £400 fine and ordered the payment of £310 in costs and surcharge.

YASINE LAMZINI, 25, of Sedge Smith Way, Wantage, admitted possession of MDMA and cannabis in Oxford in January. Lamzini was fined £200, the drugs were forfeit and Lamzini was ordered to pay £165 in costs and surcharge.
ARRON WINDEBANK, 25, of Southfield Park, Oxford, admitted driving a Seat Leon on Pony Road, Oxford, while over the drug drive limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ALEXANDER CLARKE, 35, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus on Garsington Road last December when he was disqualified, over the drug-drive limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine and failing to stop for a police officer. He received 22 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months, with a drug rehabilitation requirement. He was banned from driving for 40 months and must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
PASQUALE VENTRIGLIA, 36, of Howe Close, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A3 on Garsington Road, Oxford, on New Year’s Day while over the limit for benzoylecgonine and cannabis. He was fined £518, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £292 in costs and surcharge.

EMMA HODGSON, 46, of Wilkinson Place, Witney, admitted drink driving a Mini on Main Road, Long Hanborough, on May 30. Tests showed she had 47mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £80, disqualified from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.
TIMOTHY HARRIS, 52, of The Street, Ewelme, was found guilty in his absence to harassing a woman in Benson last September. He called her 47 times in 20 minutes and attended her home, on one occasion leaving behind what in the charge was described as an unwanted gift. He was given a community order with a 56 day alcohol abstinence monitoring tag, a requirement to attend the building better relationships programme and was made subject to a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
KAYLEIGH ANNAL, 35, of Sycamore Drive, Carterton, pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault by beating. She received a community order with up to 26 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
