Travellers have moved onto land owned by the University of Oxford.
Multiple caravans have parked at the Library Services site in the Osney Mead Industrial Estate off Botley Road.
A police van was seen in the area at around lunchtime today (July 7) which was parked opposite the caravans across the road.

Two security vehicles from the University of Oxford security team were also reported on the industrial estate at a similar time.
The exact time of the travellers’ arrival is unknown but nearby businesses were made aware on Friday morning (July 7).
The University of Oxford has refused to comment, saying it is a police matter.
Thames Valley Police have been contacted for comment.
