TYLER HOPKINS, 22, of Rickyard Close, Yardley, admitted possession of a folding pocket knife in Woodstock in May. He must do 80 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order, the knife was forfeited to the police and Hopkins was ordered to pay £199 in costs and victim surcharge.
NOEL FRANCIS, 56, of Foxhall Road, Didcot, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by ringing and sending a Facebook message to a woman with whom he was prohibited from having contact. He received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEVEN PHIN, 50, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted using disorderly behaviour in Oxford on June 7. He was fined £100.
MARK RUSHBY, 20, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and cocaine. He was fined a total of £200 and the drugs were forfeited to the police.
JAMIE PULLEN, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by messaging a third party intending the message to be passed on to the woman protected by the order. Pullen also accepted sending an offensive message via a public communications network. Both offences were committed on March 23 last year. The defendant was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, a 60 day alcohol abstinence requirement, and was ordered to complete the building better relationships course with the probation service. Pullen must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

RAFE ALTHORP-GORMLAY, 20, of Leckhampton Road, Cheltenham, pleaded guilty to drink driving a BMW 1 series on Parsons Lane, Ewelme, on New Year’s Day. Urine tests showed he was almost twice the legal limit. He was disqualified from driving for a year and a half, fined £120 and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
OLIVER JOY, 42, of Roman Road, Wheatley, admitted stealing ‘assorted items’ worth £188 from Asda in the town. Joy must pay the full amount back in compensation. He separately admitted assaulting a police constable at the John Radcliffe Hospital and racially-aggravated disorderly behaviour in Abingdon; both committed on December 19 last year. He was fined a further £100, ordered to pay £50 in compensation and must complete alcohol and mental health rehabilitation programmes.

LYNDON MUNDY, 24, of Murcott Road, Upper Arncott, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and damaging her staircase in Bicester on May 8. He was given a community order with a mental health treatment requirement, other rehabilitation activity requirement days and a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim. Mundy must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL MCMASTER, 34, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating. Both were committed on June 6. He was given 20 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year, must pay a total of £100 in compensation and attend the thinking skills programme and abide by an alcohol rehabilitation scheme.
WIKTORIA SIWNINSKA, 18, of Eider Way, Didcot, admitted theft of lounge wear and wrapping paper from John Lewis and assaulting a woman. Both offences were committed in Oxford, when the defendant was 17. She was given a six month conditional discharge.
