The owners of a new Cosy Club restaurant are getting ready to open in Cornmarket in Oxford.
The new restaurant will occupy one of the empty units at the Cheng Yu Tung building - formerly Northgate House - which was opened by Jesus College last year.
The new block features new student accommodation and a digital hub with retail units on the ground floor.

HSBC Bank has already been given planning permission to move from its Carfax branch and now the restaurant chain Loungers is getting ready to open this autumn.
Loungers is a substantial and growing operator in the UK and offers customers 'relaxed dining and drinking with a touch of timeless glamour'.
Work is now under way to transform the site into a 'fabulous, eclectic, and playful venue offering all-day relaxed dining and drinking with a touch of timeless glamour'.
The chain said Cosy Club Oxford will appeal to those looking to celebrate and socialise in grand surroundings with exceptional food and drink, attentive service and warm hospitality.
It added that an all-day menu featuring fresh and modern classics, an extensive brunch range as well as a great selection of gluten free and vegan options will ensure all tastes will be catered for.

Cosy Club is also well known for its cocktails and drinks.
Loungers marketing director Kate Lister said: “With its dreaming spires and rich history, Oxford is the perfect city for Cosy Club’s spirit of everyday opulence and we’re delighted to be opening in the autumn.
"We look forward to welcoming new and existing fans of Cosy Club who will be able to enjoy all-day dining - from relaxed breakfasts to decadent dinners – bottomless brunches and cocktails bang in the heart of this beautiful city."
Inspired by the famous Biba department store of the swinging sixties, the interiors will feature a brass stepped bar, plumes of ostrich feathers, a mirrored ceiling, lots of period fabrics and reclaimed stained glass.
Statement lighting, much of it bespoke, will illuminate the space.
A private dining room will also be available for celebrations and parties.
The arrival of Cosy Club at the Jesus College building will give Cornmarket a lift as it is suffering from a number of empty retail units.
One of these units, on the opposite side of the street, will be filled by a Greek restaurant chain called Sizzled, which until now has been operating in food halls at shopping centres.
Students have been enjoying the facilities at the £40m Cheng Yu Tung complex since October following the completion of a three-year construction project. It also features a health centre.
