RICHARD HAMILTON, 37, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol from Tesco. He was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and was banned from the Cowley Road Tesco for six months. He must pay £150 in compensation.
ELLA HICKS, 38, of London Road, Chipping Norton, was found guilty of causing a woman actual bodily harm in Chipping Norton on March 9 last year. She was ordered to pay £200 and do up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order.

TOBIAS HOTSTON-CLARKE, 31, of Cecil Avenue, Southampton, admitted driving a BMW S1000 motorcycle on the A34 near Marcham on August 5 last year while over the drug limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £300, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £100 in costs.
OLIVER MILLS, 21, of Anstey Close, Waddesdon, pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a constable when he was driving a VW Golf on Avocet Way, Bicester, in November. He was fined £307 and ordered to pay £208 in costs and surcharge.

KENNY MCEWAN, 33, of HMP Bullingdon, pleaded guilty to shoplifting from the Sainsbury’s in Oxford Road, Banbury. He was jailed for 17 weeks and must pay £650 in compensation.
PHILIP SOLOMON, 37, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to shoplifting from M&S and Nike shops in Bicester. He also admitted failing to surrender to the court. He was fined £240.

OLIVER BRADLEY-BAKER, 26, of Ashburton Road, West Kirby, admitted driving a Vauxhall Crossland on Rawson Close, Oxford, last November while over the legal limit for ketamine and benzoylecgonine. He admitted personal possession of drugs LSD, cocaine and ketamine. He was given a community order with 140 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for 18 months. Bradley-Baker was also fined £120 for the drug driving offences.
BENJAMIN BRUMMETT, 28, of Boxhedge Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and using disorderly behaviour. He received a community order with a 12 month alcohol treatment programme and was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
PETER CURLEY, 66, of Green Close, Steventon, pleaded guilty to sexual assault by touching a woman in Wheatley last September and breaching the terms of his requirements as a registered sex offender by failing to tell the police between June and September last year that he ‘became the registered owner of an American Express’ credit card. He received a community order with a 120 day alcohol abstinence tag and up to 35 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
PADRAIC FOLAN, 33, of Bayswater Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Caddy van on Stowford Road while over the drug driving limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £467, banned from driving for a year and must pay £1,187 in costs and surcharge.
