A 15-year-old boy from Banbury has been charged with assault by beating after an incident at a shopping centre earlier this year.
The teenager, who was charged today (June 29) by the Banbury Neighbourhood Team, will remain on conditional bail until he appears at youth court next month.

The charge follows an assault that took place at Castle Quay Shopping Centre in the north Oxfordshire town on January 31.
