A fish and chip shop in Wantage has been handed a new food hygiene rating.
Wantage Chippy was given a three-out-of-five star score after an inspection on Wednesday, May 24.
The new rating means that food hygiene standards are deemed to be 'generally satisfactory' at the establishment.

The chippy on Wallingford Street opened on March 4 with owner Ahmed Elaboussi stating the response from the public had been "fantastic" at the time.
The inspectors from the Food Standards Agency based their score on levels of cleanliness, hygienic food handling and management of food safety.
The new rating means that of the Vale of White Horse's 68 takeaways with ratings, 43 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
