A motorcyclist killed in a ‘high speed’ crash near Wheatley has been named by Oxford Coroner’s Court.
Steffen Sergent, aged 46 of the High Street in Cuddesdon, died on June 15 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington.
The crash occurred on the A40, at the junction with Thame Road, close to Chilworth House Upper School at around 1.15pm.

Mr Sergent, who worked as a builder, was riding a black Lexmoto LXR motorbike.
The crash also involved a silver Ford C Max.
The 46-year-old’s cause of death was given as severe traumatic brain injury and high speed road traffic collision.
The inquest into Mr Sergent’s death was opened yesterday (June 28) at Oxford Coroner’s Court.
The purpose of an inquest is to determine the circumstances of an unnatural death.
The date for the conclusion of the inquest has been set for Wednesday, December 13 at 10am.
