A 50-year-old man died after a fall at his house 10 days earlier, Oxford Coroner’s Court heard.
Peter Evans of Bretch Hill in Banbury was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington after the incident on Saturday, June 10.
He then died on Tuesday, June 20 and his cause of death was given as traumatic brain injury at an inquest opening.

Mr Evans was born in 1972 in Banbury and worked as a maintenance technician.
The inquest into his death was opened yesterday (June 28).
The purpose of an inquest is to determine the circumstances of an unnatural death.
A date for the conclusion of the inquest has been set for Thursday, December 7 at 10am in Oxford.
