A van driver was 'caught speeding at almost double the limit' on the A40 near Witney last night (June 28).
A man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody.

He has been charged to attend court where he faces being disqualified from driving.
The operation was carried out by officers from Thames Valley Police's Road Policing Unit who were travelling in an unmarked car at the time.
