An Oxford man has been arrested at the Mini Plant in Cowley on suspicion of assault.
Police first attended Fern Hill Road opposite the factory to arrest the 41-year-old man.
However, he made off and ran into the site’s car park.
After securing the car park by blocking the entrances and exits, the man was found and arrested on suspicion of assault and escaping lawful custody.

The man remains in police custody.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: “Officers attended Fern Hill Road, Oxford, earlier today (Monday, June 21) to arrest a 41-year-old man from Oxford on suspicion of assault.
“He made off and ran into the car park at Mini Plant Oxford.
"Officers secured the car park and found the man, who was further arrested on suspicion of escaping lawful custody."
