There is still time to sign up for the wheelie bin race which will launch this year's Bicester carnival.
Teams of four will race around in blue, green and brown bins - a modern take on the traditional pram race.
Money raised will be split between Marie Curie Cancer Care, the town's Girl Guides unit, the Air Training Corps and Service by Emergency Volunteer Riders - whose riders and drivers transport emergency blood supplies.
The Caribbean-themed carnival is on Sunday, July 6.
