An Indian restaurant in Oxfordshire has been handed a new food hygiene rating by inspectors.
Spice Merchant at 8 Hart Street in Henley-on-Thames was given a three-out-of-five-star score on May 18.
This means that food hygiene standards are satisfactory at the establishment.

Spice Merchant describes itself as offering ‘riverside dining and fine Indian cuisine.’
The restaurant is located in a traditional, rustic-framed building close to the finish line of the Henley Royal Regatta.
The inspection was carried out by the Food Standards Agency.
Inspectors assessed Spice Merchant with regard to the cleanliness of facilities, levels of hygienic food handling and the management of food safety.
