KYRIE GRUBER, 19, of Market End Way, Bicester, admitted driving a BMW 116i in Langford Lane, Wendlebury while disqualified. The offence was committed on March 2. He received 80 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order, together with an eight month driving ban.
ADRIAN BRANSKI, 45, of Fletcher Road, Burbage, Hinckley, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta on the M40 northbound between junctions 11 and 12 when he was an astonishing four times over the drink drive limit and without a valid licence to drive the vehicle. Tests taken after he was stopped on April 6 showed he had 144mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. The magistrates imposed eight months imprisonment suspended for a year. The court record noted he had a previous conviction for the same offence, there was ‘evidence of bad driving’ and he had taken a ‘deliberate decision to drive’. He must do 80 hours of unpaid work, up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and comply with a three year roads ban. He was ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

HAROON SARWAR, 44, of Cowley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assault and using violence to secure entry to a property in Divinity Road on May 16. The magistrates jailed him for six months and ordered he pay a £154 victim surcharge.
LIZA ROLLS, 56, of Sharland Close, Grove, admitted going to a property in Wantage in breach of a restraining order imposed by the crown court in 2020. She was fined £253 and ordered to pay £186 in costs and surcharge.

CALLUM SULLIVAN, 20, of Wenman Road, Witney, admitted driving a Ford Ztec in Ducklington Lane, Witney, last November without valid insurance. The bench banned him from the roads for half a year, fined him £120 and ordered he pay £85 in prosecution costs.
MARK MASEY, 41, of Colwell Drive, Witney, was found guilty of causing a man actual bodily harm in Witney on January 26, 2022. He received a community order with 200 hours of unpaid work, up to 20 probation sessions and must pay £700 in compensation to his victim. The bench also ordered he pay £395 in costs and surcharge.

PHIL CLAYDEN, 56, of Park Corner, Nettlebed, was found guilty of being the person responsible for a ‘golden brown crossbreed’ dog that injured a man while it was dangerously out of control in Maidensgrove, near Henley, in December 2021. He was fined £480 and must pay £500 in compensation. The dog, which was held by the court to be a ‘danger to public safety’ was made subject to a contingent destruction order, meaning the animal could be put down if it attacks someone again. Clayden was ordered to pay £775 in prosecution costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
QASIM HUSSAIN, 37, of Hurst Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing £191 worth of confectionary from the Co-op in Rose Hill in February. He received a total sentence of 16 weeks’ imprisonment and must pay £100 in compensation.
