The Met Office has issued a yellow warning of thunderstorms for parts of Oxfordshire this afternoon (June 22).
Oxford, Banbury and Bicester are all included in the list of areas likely to be affected by the storms.
The warning covers much of central and eastern England and will be in place from 1pm until 8pm.

The Met Office has issued advice to people travelling by car during the storms.
They said there is a good chance driving conditions will be affected by spray, standing water and hail, leading to longer journey times by car and bus.
Delays to train services are also possible.
