Carter Jonas has secured planning consent on behalf of Landan homes, for a small scheme in Faringdon.
The scheme of eight units comprises a mix of two to five-bedroom homes, including both detached and semi-detached properties.
Consent was awarded by the Vale of White Horse District Council in May 2023.
The Hertfordshire-based developer sources land and "designs sustainable developments in the right locations".
It said its intention is to ensure the next generation of high-quality homes are delivered where they are most needed with minimal impact on the surrounding areas.
Huw Mellor, partner, planning and development, Carter Jonas Oxford, said: "We are extremely pleased to have achieved this planning consent for Landan Homes.

"Delivering a good mix of house types and sizes, this scheme will help address the acute local housing need in a sustainable and well considered manner."
Daniel Howlett of Landan Homes Ltd added: "This was our first project in the area, therefore we wanted to engage with a team who had excellent knowledge and working relationships with the local authority as well as other consultants locally.
"The end result is a great scheme for eight houses which we are confident will be the first of many for Landan Homes in the VOWH District."
