Power cuts are still being reported in Abingdon this morning.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks has reported that an unplanned power outage is affecting parts of Abingdon.
The outage was reported at 6.58am this morning and the network hopes to have power restored by 11am.

Last night, eyewitnesses heard a loud bang and black smoke was seen over Abingdon at around 9pm in the evening.
The incident is said to have originated from an electric substation between Parsons Mead and Farm Road in Abingdon.

Three fire engines were reported on the scene.
This morning’s power cut is affecting houses near Stratton Way and Ock Street.
This latest power cut comes after Appleton near Abingdon was hit with a power cut on Monday morning.
