A 30-year-old man who was arrested by police outside a shopping centre under suspicion of ‘carrying a bladed article’ has since been released.
A man was arrested at 11.39am outside Templars Square shopping centre on Saturday, June 17, in Cowley on suspicion of making threats and possession of a 'bladed article'.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman told the Oxford Mail the man arrested has since been released under investigation.

At least three police vehicle and six officers attended the incident at the weekend, which took place at the entrance to the shopping centre off Between Towns Road.
Pictures showed three of the officers holding the man to the ground while shoppers carrying supermarket shopping bags walked past.
