Another twist on Love Island took place during tonight’s episode (June 18) as it was revealed earlier today that there would be a daytime recoupling.
The hottest series on ITV2 returned to our screens after Friday’s dramatic episode when two islanders were dumped by the rest of the contestants in the villa, after a public vote made six islanders vulnerable.
In the end, the boys chose Charlotte to leave, while the girls chose Andre.

Glasgow model Ella received a surprising text asking the islanders to gather at the fire pit.
In an unexpected twist, they were told there would be a daytime recoupling and it was the boys’ turn to choose.
This included Sammy from Kent who had a difficult decision as he had to choose between Leah and Jess.
The new couples are as follows:
- Zachariah and Molly
- Mehdi and Whitney
- Sammy and Jess
- Mitchel and Leah
- Tyrique and Ella
- Scott and Catherine
It was Catherine who was the last girl standing as new bombshell Scott came to her rescue, but Catherine described it as "miracles can happen" as they naturally get on after only a few days of knowing each other.
What did Zachariah look like before Love Island?
The first bombshell who entered Love Island this summer recently shocked fans with his ‘transformation’ before he entered the villa.
Viewers of the ITV2 dating show discovered the basketball player used to look slightly different since finding his Instagram page.
The 25-year-old has documented his recent fitness journey in several snaps on the social media platform.
Zachariah posted a couple of videos of himself working out in the gym over the last few months, revealing his toned arms and torso.
In the last upload before heading to Mallorca to find love, the reality TV star shared a picture of what he used to look like with curly locks and a beard, along with the caption: “Still got a hell of a way to go, but it’s never been about the end goal. The journey is what matters. #training #changing #gym #journey”
Love Island airs tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
