Two men have been arrested after a vehicle with learner plates flipped onto its side on a residential street in Oxford.
Thames Valley Police was called to Field Avenue in Blackbird Leys at 12.39pm on Saturday where a black Ford had crashed in the middle of the road.
Two men were arrested and are now in police custody.

An eyewitness told the Oxford Mail that many householders were alerted to the sound of the crash and stood outside their homes to watch the commotion and police presence.
She added: "The car landed on its side"
