MICHAEL HUTTON, 71, of Main Avenue, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted assault and damaging ornaments in a property in the village. He was ordered to do 40 hours of unpaid work and pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
NATHAN STEAR, 18, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by sending messages to and ‘following’ a woman between September 18 and October 16 last year. Steer must do 80 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

TARAS GREENWOOD, 26, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order and sending a ‘grossly offensive’ message in Oxford in December 2021. Greenwood was given eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years, with 80 hours of unpaid work and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days with the probation service. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim. He must pay £85 in costs and a victim surcharge of £128.
PAULINE KITONDO, 40, of Romford Road, Forest Gate, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing from Dolce & Gabanna, Gucci and Versace at the Bicester Village shopping outlet in November last year. She received a community order with 200 hours of unpaid work and up to 45 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

LIAM SNOOK, 28, of Daubigny Mead, Brize Norton, admitted assaulting a woman by beating in Salisbury. He received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and rehabilitation activity requirement days, and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
ROBERT APPLEBY, 32, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, driving while over the drug driving limit for cannabis, and driving while uninsured. The offences were committed on the A41 in Bicester on December 14, 2022. He received eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. As part of the order he must complete a drug rehabilitation activity requirement programme. He was banned from driving for three years and must pay a £154 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.

HENRY CARTER, 41, of Montem Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing a black Canada Goose jacket, Apple laptop and Armani watch box from company Savage. He also admitted going equipped for theft with a keyless vehicle jammer. The theft was committed at the services in Wheatley in January 2021, while he was found with the jammer at the Cherwell Valley Services near Bicester. The magistrates imposed a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and was ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.
RHYS FOSTER, 22, of Upper George Street, Witney, admitted damaging shop windows to Smarts fish and chips, Little Sandys and Coffeesmith in Witney. He was ordered to pay almost £350 in compensation and a community order with a mental health rehabilitation requirement.
PATRICK BOREHAM, 32, of Southend, Henley, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Fiesta on Cockslese Lane, Henley, in April. He had 51mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was acquitted of possession of a lock knife in a public place. Boreham was fined £300, banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
