GEORGE WARREN, 19, of Mill End, Chadlington, admitted being in charge of a Hyundai 120 in Churchill, near Chipping Norton, last October while over the drug drive limit for cannabis. He was fined £80, banned from driving for four months and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.
MICHAEL MARSHALL, 58, of Field Avenue, Oxford, was found guilty of assaulting two women and damaging a phone belonging to one of his victims. He was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £300 in compensation to the owner of the damaged phone. He was ordered to pay £300 in costs to the prosecution.

TRACY GUY-SMITH, 51, of Ribston Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to breaching a community protection notice by contacting posting a card and letter through a woman’s door and by ‘calling her a fat cow’. The offences were committed between December 12 and January 2 in Banbury. She was fined £40 and must pay £56 in costs and surcharge.
JESSICA CARROLL, 27, of Thame Road, Tiddington, admitted drink driving a Fiat 500 on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford on December 17 last year. Tests showed she had 109mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. She was fined £253, disqualified from driving for a year and ordered to pay £186 in costs and surcharge.

MATTHEW WILLETT, 32, of School Road, Kidlington, admitted drink driving an Audi S7 on the A34 at Peartree last December and leaving the vehicle in a position on the road that risked ‘a danger of injury to other persons using the road’. A urine test showed that he 172mlgs of alcohol in his system. The legal limit is 107. He was fined £1,191 for drink driving and £397 for leaving the vehicle in a ‘dangerous’ position. The bench banned him from driving for 14 months and ordered he pay £720 in costs and surcharge.
BRIAN STUART, 63, of Phelps Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Nissan Micra on Garsington Road on April 21 without a valid licence or insurance. He also admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis. He was fined £240, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £181 in costs and surcharge.

SASHA WEBB, 49, care of Clearwater Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Webb was fined £300 and ordered to pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
CHARLIE ROBERTS, 25, of Naldertown, Wantage, admitted making – a legal word for possession – of indecent images of children. Charges state he had 14 images in category A, the worst category, seven in category B and 43 in category C. Roberts received a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, up to 60 rehabilitation requirement days with the probation service and will be on the sex offender register for five years. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
