St Amand's Catholic Primary School in Wantage was also closed on Monday due to flooding.
It comes after thunderstorms across the county on Monday night led to a widespread power cut in Abingdon.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks apologised to those currently without power.
The areas affected by the power cuts are Appleford, Berinsfield, Burcot, Clifton Hampden, Didcot, Grove and Harwell.
The electricity company confirmed an engineer was at the scene around 7pm on Monday with power expected to be back by 10pm.
