The closure order was obtained last week by police from Oxford Magistrates' Court.
The order will last three months and prohibits visitors at the address during this period.
Thames Valley Police have subsequently issued the following advice on Facebook: "If you have concerns in your area about drugs or ASB, you can report it to Police online or 101.
"Alternatively, you can report it anonymously through crime stoppers on 0800 555111."
