A renowned former monk and a best-selling author visited Oxford Business College to provide students with insights in the field of leadership.
Dr Shubha Vilas, who is known for his best-selling Ramayana and the latest book release, Open-Eyed Meditations, spoke to students about leadership in the modern world.
The college runs a series of The Write Circle in partnership with India's Prabha Khaitan Foundation and the British Council, and this aims to bring authors of best sellers to the UK, including journalists and media icons.

Dr Vilas, a PhD scholar of leadership from Valmiki Ramayana, has a unique perspective in the field of leadership and his thesis is considered path-breaking in modern leadership studies.
He has previously toured globally, delivering over 6,000 talks and inspiring more than 600,000 people in over 20 countries in the past decade.
He has previously been a guest speaker at prestigious American universities such as Stanford, Princeton, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
