JASON BENBOW, 48, of Bashley Cross Road, New Milton, was found guilty of driving a Citroen Nemo carelessly on Blacklands Road, Benson, on May 14, 2022. He was fined £161 and given five penalty points. The magistrates also imposed costs of £775 and a £34 victim surcharge.
TROY BINNS, 21, of Burwell Meadow, Witney, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis in Abingdon. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

VICTOR CREMIN, 41, of Hudson Way, Swindon, accepted driving a Citroen C1 on Oxford Road, Middleton Stoney last December while over the drug driving limit for cannabis and while uninsured. He was fined £576 and banned from driving for a year. A £230 victim surcharge must also be paid by Cremin.
JORDAN SULLIVAN, 22, of Woodstock Road, Charlbury, admitted possession of a lockable folding knife in the village in March. He received a community order with up to 25 probation sessions and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

GRAHAM EDEY, 39, of Chepstow Close, Coventry, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the M40 while banned from holding a licence. He was fined £120 and must do up to 15 probation sessions as part of a community order. He was banned from driving for 508 days.
ANDREW SILVER, 40, care of Queens Road, Carterton, pleaded guilty to a raft of shoplifting thefts, including the theft of a hot tub from B&Q. He was jailed for 12 weeks.

ADRIAN BOSTAN, 32, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her at Radcliffe Observatory in Jericho on May 2. He was given four weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year.
STEVEN DIXON, 40, of School Road, Ardington, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood at Abingdon police station on September 23 last year, having been arrested on suspicion of committing a road traffic offence. He was fined £1,384, banned from driving for a year and a half and ordered to pay £620 in costs and a £534 victim surcharge.
JAMES PALMER, 40, of Forge Close, Holmer Green, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Renault Megane on Woodbridge Close, Aston, near Witney, last September. A blood test showed he was almost three times the legal limit. He was given a community order with alcohol and mental health rehabilitation programmes attached to it. He was banned from driving for 25 months.
DANIEL MARSH, 40, of Bicester Road, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Peugeot 308 on Mill Street, Kidlington, last November. Tests showed he had 229mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood, almost four times the legal limit of 80. He was banned from the roads for 25 months, fined £350, and will wear an alcohol abstinence tag for 60 days. The magistrates also imposed a mental health treatment requirement as part of a community order. Marsh must pay £85 in costs to the CPS and a £140 victim surcharge.
