NEIL MCCANN, 52, of Morrell Crescent, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to theft by finding of a garden ornament and plant pot, theft ‘by sneak-in’ of a backpack in a house in Morrell Crescent, threatening behaviour and handling stolen goods. The offences were committed in Oxford in February and March of this year. He was given a months’ imprisonment and ordered to pay £50 in compensation.
ANAS MESBAH, 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stalking a woman in Witney over four days in March. Mesbah repeatedly visited the woman’s house, including while he was on bail. The judge jailed the defendant for 18 weeks, imposed a restraining order banning Mesbah from contacting the victim and ordered the payment of a £154 victim surcharge.

SEAN MILLS, 19, of Ferry Road, Marston, admitted breaching a restraining order by going to a property in Clinton Close, Oxford. He received 21 days’ detention in a young offenders’ institution suspended for six months and was ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
LUKE GRANT, 37, of Marsh Road, Oxford, was found guilty in his absence of shoplifting steak and whisky from Tesco on Cowley Road. He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation.

LEVI GRANT, 46, of Walker Drive, Faringdon, admitted possession of a knife in Bampton Road, Clanfield, in April without reasonable excuse or lawful authority. He received 18 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year, with 100 hours of unpaid work, and was ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
WILSON OLOUCH, 42, of Kings End, Bicester, admitted possession of a black handled knife in Pioneer Square, Bicester, on April 26 without reasonable excuse. The district judge imposed 18 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. He must do 100 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay a £154 victim surcharge and prosecution costs of £46.

KELVIN GREEN, 47, of Lyford Close, Drayton, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Sheep Street, Bicester. He was fined £100.
DOMINIC HOLMES, 41, of Gospel End Street, Dudley, was found guilty of driving an Audi TT in Lakeview Drive, Bicester, while over the drug-driving limit for benzoylecgonine. He admitted driving the vehicle without insurance. He was fined £400, banned from the roads for a year and was ordered to pay £245 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL WEBB, 39, of Wear Road, Bicester, admitted threatening another with a baseball bat in Chinnor last August and doing £70-worth of damage to an Audi belonging to the individual. He was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, a mental health treatment requirement and was ordered to pay £70 in compensation for the damage to the car. The bench ordered he pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
KYLE GOURLEY, 19, of no fixed address, assaulted a man and damaged ‘household items’ worth £552 in Wallingford last December. He was fined £133 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £53 victim surcharge.
