A heat health alert has been issued for this weekend, as temperatures are expected to soar.
The UK Health Security Agency has issued a yellow heat health alert, as temperatures in Oxfordshire are set to get close to 30C.
The health alert means that impacts include the increased use of health care services by vulnerable populations and an increase in risk to health for individuals over the age of 65 or those with pre-existing health conditions.

On Saturday, the top temperature in Oxfordshire is expected to reach 26C, although there is a 40 to 30 percent chance of precipitation between 4pm and 7pm.
Temperatures are expected to reach a 25C high at 4pm and it will remain warm in the evening, with temperatures still at 20C by 10pm.

On Sunday, temperatures are expected to reach a high of 26C but there is again a 40 per cent chance of rainfall between 4pm and 7pm.
The humidity will be around 60 per cent at 1pm and then will be at 79 per cent by 10pm.

Dr Agostinho Sousa, Head of Extreme Events and Health Protection at UKHSA, said: “In the coming days we are likely to experience our first sustained period of hot weather of the year so far, so it is important that everyone ensures they keep hydrated and cool while enjoying the sun.
“Forecasted temperatures this week will primarily impact those over the age of 65 or those with pre-existing health conditions such as respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
“If you have friends, family or neighbours who you know are more vulnerable to the effects of hot weather, it is important you check in on them and ensure they are aware of the forecasts and are following the necessary advice."
People have been advised to keep out of the sun at the hottest time of the day, between 11am and 3pm.
Drinking plenty of water is advised and limiting alcohol intake.
