Drayton Road in Abingdon reopened this morning following a three-vehicle collision last night.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said there was a collision involving a blue Renault Clio, a silver Ford Focus and a blue Volkswagen Golf on the road at about 9.40pm.
Six people were injured and five were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment.
The 59-year-old female driver of the Golf and her 58-year-old male passenger were the only patients kept in overnight.
The woman suffered a cracked chest bone in the crash and her passenger bruised his liver.
The road was reopened by police shortly after 1am.
No arrests have been made.
