The flats would be split between two floors with three dwellings located on each floor.
All of the apartments would be two bedroom with a kitchen/ living space and one bathroom.
The application also includes a proposal for three new parking spaces with the new apartments.
This would bring the total number of parking spaces at the property up to seven.
They would be split between the front and rear of the property.
