JAMES TAYLOR, 44, of The Green, Stadhampton, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by attending an address in Abingdon in April. The magistrates imposed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered he pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

FINLAY MONK, 19, of Northend, Henley, admitted driving a silver Ford Fiesta on Hill Road and Spring Lane, Watlington, without a valid licence. He was cleared of a charge of drink driving the car. He was fined £200, banned from driving for three months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

IVAN IVANOV, 43, of Wormwood Scrubs prison, London, pleaded guilty to theft of a bicycle in Oxford last year and going equipped to steal. The second charge came after he was found with an angle grinder in the city last August. He was sentenced to two weeks’ imprisonment.

TRACEY QUINN, 33, of Spinneys Close, Radley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer, common assault of a detention officer at Abingdon police station, possession of two ‘large bags of cannabis’ and sending a malicious communication. Quinn admitted separate charges of possession of a blade, assault of a police officer and possession of cannabis in Bonn Square, Oxford. In total, she was given nine weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. She was also ordered to pay £30 in compensation to a woman whose ‘bird bath’ she had damaged.

MATTHEW ELY, 38, of Helen Street, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to seven counts of stealing parcels in Marcham last November. Among the items he took were GCSE textbooks, a wine rack, clothing, and a garden fork. He was handed a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, and was ordered to pay a total of £92 in compensation. He must pay a further £199 in costs and surcharge.

MARLON JEFFERY-HINDS, 39, of Lower Earley, near Reading, admitted possession of six bags of cannabis in Abingdon last August. The bench gave him a 12-month conditional discharge with £72 in costs and surcharge.

WAYNE MOSCROP, 33, of Rock Close, Carterton, was found guilty of stalking a woman in Carterton between October last year and January. His conduct included turning up at her work and other locations he knew or suspected her to be. He was given a community order with a mental health treatment requirement, will be placed on the building better relationships course, and was ordered to pay £755 in costs and surcharge.

BENJAMIN DEANE, 26, of Bradford Street, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus on the A41 Oxford Road, Bicester, while under the influence of cocaine last October. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for a year and was ordered to pay a £48 victim surcharge.

CAROLINE MILLETT, 58, of Wilding Road, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Abingdon police station in March, having been required to do so after she was suspected of having committed a road traffic offence. She was fined £300, banned from the roads for two years and ordered to pay £205 in costs and surcharge.
