A second man has been arrested in relation to a 'weapons' incident at a barbers in Banbury on Saturday (May 27).
He has been arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
The man currently remains in custody.

Yesterday, Adil Taseem, aged 22, of Manor Road, Banbury, was convicted of possessing a knife in public.
He was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on 29 June.
On Saturday (May 27), Taseem entered a business on Church Lane armed with a machete along with another male.
He then left with the weapon in full view before concealing it down his jogging bottoms and the pair ran off.
Footage of the incident was widely shared on social media, which led police to Taseem.
Taseem was arrested on Sunday (May 28) and charged on Monday (May 29).
