OXFORD: Legal firm Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons has appointed two new partners at its offices in Seacourt Tower, Botley.
Corporate lawyer Nicola Fillery (left) acts for a wide variety of clients in the climate change sector, which helped lead to her being voted the Thames Valley Dealmaker of the Year 2007.
Philip Somarakis (below left) steps up after joining the firm in 2000.
He has experience in all aspects of licensing applications throughout the country, including clubs' law and betting and gaming, and has also developed a national reputation in relation to motoring offences.
Jonathan Lloyd-Jones, senior partner at Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons, said: "These promotions reflect the continued organic growth of the firm and highlight the key contributions these individuals have made to the ongoing development of Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons."
