Roadworks are in place again today on the A34.
Drivers are being reminded that the road is closed southbound from Peartree to Botley as National Highways carry out work on the Wolvercote Viaduct.
It is the second of six planned closures.
Wolvercote Viaduct, a major structure on the A34, carries the trunk road over the River Thames.
Some of the work is weather dependent, such as waterproofing, which must be done when the weather is good.
The maintenance is a major piece of work, with closures and disruption set to continue until the end of June, said National Highways.
It has advised motorists to plan ahead if travelling around Oxford.
The road will reopen at 6am on Monday.
