JASON MYRDAL, 38, of Newland, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on the A40 and A415 when over the drug-drive limit for cannabis. He was caught over the limit on May 3 last year. The magistrates fined him £210, banned him from the roads for a year and ordered he pay £2,034 in costs and surcharge.
ALVIN FERROL, 22, of Downs Barn, Milton Keynes, and Moray Peacock-Howie, 23, of Victoria Street, Aylesbury, admitted a joint charge of possession of a mobile phone and sim card in Bullingdon prison without authority. The items – capable of transmitting or receiving images, sounds or information – are prohibited. Each man received four months’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, with 200 hours of unpaid work. Ferrol also admitted possession of a stun gun and cannabis in Milton Keynes.
DANIEL LAWRY, 38, of Cowells Road, Woodstock, pleaded guilty to damaging the rear doors of a Thames Valley Police vehicle in Oxford on December 20, 2021. Appearing before the magistrates’ court on an arrest warrant, he was ordered to pay £250 in compensation and costs of £85.

BILLY CLARKE, 35, of Preston Road, Abingdon, admitted contacting a woman in Abingdon on January 30 in breach of a restraining order. Clarke received four months’ imprisonment suspended for two years, with a six month mental health treatment requirement. He must pay £100 in costs and a £154 victim surcharge.
TOBIAS BRUCE, 31, of Bateman Place, Grove, admitted personal possession of cannabis in Wantage on January 26. The drugs were forfeit and he was fined £247. The bench ordered he pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
NATHAN VANDERHYDE, 33, of Pelican Place, Eynsham, admitted drink driving a VW Golf on the A40 last September. Tests showed he had 105mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, slightly above the legal limit of 80mlg. He was fined £680, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £357 in costs and surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER DUNBABIN, 40, of Sheep Street, Bicester, admitted driving a Renault vehicle on the A41 while over the limit for drugs benzoylecgonine and MDMA. He was fined £276, disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay £195 in costs and surcharge.
MUHAMMAD ALI, 21, of Flaxfield Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving an Audi A4 on Ambassador Avenue last December. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £400, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £245 in costs and surcharge.

GEMMA ROSATI, 20, of North Way, Headington, admitted driving a VW Polo on North Way in March while exactly twice the legal drink drive limit. She was banned from the roads for 18 months, fined £161 and ordered to pay £149 in costs and surcharge.
SHANNA EDWARDS, 27, of Cefn Glas, Tredegar, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, having been requested to do so as officers suspected her of committing a driving offence. She was fined £426, banned from driving for 14 months and must pay £255 in costs and surcharge.
