A homeowner found a burglar in their hallway after they heard their front door open while watching television.
The occupant of the house in Main Street in Grove was alerted to the burglary at around 1pm on May 15.
When they went into the hallway, they found a man stood in the hall by the front door.

The man, who is described as a white male, aged 35-45 years old, short light brown hair, around 6ft tall and slim build wearing a blue jacket and trainers, then ran off towards Bosley’s Orchard.
Priority Crime Team Abingdon have appealed for witnesses and requested residents to review CCTV and doorbell footage in the area.
A spokesperson said: “If you have any footage or relevant information you can get in touch by calling 101 quoting reference number 43230214515.”
