Police responded to reports of a man drunk inside an Oxford restaurant shouting abuse at staff and other diners.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident in the Cosmo restaurant on Magdalen Street at around 6.30pm on Saturday, May 6.
A 25-year-old man from Aylesbury has since been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence following the incident and has been bailed until July 25.

Investigating officer PC Donal McGuckin, based at Oxford police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone with information to please come forward."
