People are being asked to keep an eye out for a missing man who has connections to the Abingdon area.
Mark Mockler, 39, of London Road, Guildford, has not been seen since Sunday, June 1, when he was spotted by a neighbour at his home address.
Police are concerned for his welfare as he is on medication and it is feared his mental state may have deteriorated.
Mr Mockler is white, 5ft 5in to 5ft 6in tall, of heavy build, with short, receding, mousy brown hair.
He has a ruddy complexion and blue eyes and was wearing a dark fleece and dark trousers when he went missing.
PC Fiona Black, of Surrey Police, said: "We have been making extensive inquiries, but to date we have not been able to make contact with Mr Mockler.
"We are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and I would appeal to any members of the public who may have seen him or be able to provide any information which will help us locate him, to contact us immediately.
"We are also appealing directly to Mark to get in touch with us."
He has connections to the Abingdon area and police believe he may have travelled there.
Anyone who has seen Mr Mockler or has information which could help officers track him down is asked to contact Surrey Police on 08451 252222.
