A police presence was seen outside the Westgate Shopping Centre at around lunchtime yesterday, (Wednesday, March 3).
Two police cars were parked outside of the main entrance, near the Urban Outfitters store.

Thames Valley Police confirmed they were responding to reports of an assault in the Westgate Shopping Centre.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
No arrests have been made so far in connection with the assault.
Police urge anyone who has been the victim of a crime to report it to them using the online form available on the Thames Valley Police website.
Reports are dealt with by their control room in exactly the same way whether you report it online or by telephone.
