CHLOE JONES, 26, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, admitted drink driving a silver Fiat 500 in Abingdon Road, Oxford, last August. A blood test showed she was slightly over the legal limit, with 102mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. She was fined £120, banned from driving for 14 months and must pay a £48 victim surcharge.
GEORGE ANDERSON, 25, of Wellbrook Road, Cheltenham, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta on the A40 without insurance. The prosecution offered no evidence on a charge that he had been drink driving. He was fined £900, given six penalty licence points and was ordered to pay £445 in costs and surcharge.
CATALIN BENDEAC, 33, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted driving a VW Golf on George Street in the north Oxfordshire town while he was disqualified from holding a licence. He was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order and was further banned from driving for 22 months. He must pay £85 in costs to the prosecution.

LUKE SIMONS, 20, of Harcourt Road, Wantage, pleaded guilty to riding an Aprilla moped on Lockinge Road while over the drug driving limit for MDMA, ketamine and benzoylecgonine. He also admitted personal possession of 4g of cocaine. He was given a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days, banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £164 in costs and surcharge.
DANIEL TRESADERN, 39, of Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A3 on the A421 near Mixbury while over the limit for drugs MDMA, ketamine and benzoylecgonine. He was given 60 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for three years and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
MARK HARES, 59, of Hunters Field, Stanford in the Vale, was found guilty of driving a Ford Focus in Park Road, Faringdon, while over the drink drive limit. He blew 41mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; the legal limit is 35. He was fined £180, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £382 in costs and surcharge.

BEN SCOTT, 35, of Warneford Lane, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Ford Transit on the A4130 in Rowstock. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for benzoylecgonine. He was disqualified from driving for a year, received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £26 victim surcharge.
DEAN TOWNSEND, 34, of Wickery Dene, Wootton, Northants, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Transit on the M40 near Kidlington last September. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cocaine and cannabis. He was fined £160, banned from the roads for a year and must pay a £64 victim surcharge.

MARTINO VENTRIGLIA, 36, of Randolph Street, Oxford, admitted driving a Renault Traffic van on Northmoor Road, Oxford while over the limit for drug benzoylecgonine. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
LEE WARD, 28, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted breaching sex offender notification requirements by failing to attend a police station last December for his annual appointment registering his details. The magistrates imposed a six month conditional discharge and ordered Ward pay £40 in costs.
