LUCAS FEDUS, 19, of Weston Turville, near Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Toyota Aygo in McDonald’s car park, Abingdon, in February. Tests showed he was more than twice the legal limit, blowing 92mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £250, banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £185 in costs and surcharge.

RAJA TARIQ, 41, of Hawkins Close, Worcester, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Mercedes Sprinter van on the M40 between junctions 10 and nine. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, given 10 penalty points and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

CRAIG WALTON, 44, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order by contacting and visiting a woman in Oxford in January. He received 14 weeks’ imprisonment and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.

TAURI FRASER, 24, of Hayward Bridge Road, Stadhampton, admitted damaging a Volvo V40 car in the village last June. Fraser was ordered to pay £150 in compensation, was conditionally discharged for a year and must pay £161 in costs and surcharge.

MICHAEL MCDONAGH, 43, of Cumnor Road, Filchampstead, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her in Cowley and using threatening behaviour towards a police officer on the same date last July. The offending put him in breach of a conditional discharge. The bench imposed a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

BARNABAS ABRUGBE, 45, of Regency Place, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to driving a silver Porsche Macan on the M40 near junction nine last December while he was over the drink-drive limit and uninsured. Tests showed he had 54mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; the legal limit being 35mcgs. He was fined £560, banned from driving for 16 months and must pay £309 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL MCDONAGH, 18, of Cherry Tree Lane, Hemel Hempstead, admitted stealing £1,081 worth of beauty products from Boots in Witney. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

ZOE ANDREWS, 25, of High Street, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Citroen DS3 in Benson Lane. Tests showed she had 104mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood; the legal limit is 80mlgs. She was fined £369, banned from driving for a year and must pay £233 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL WEBB, 39, care of Amersham Hill, High Wycombe, admitted stealing £800 from a man in Oxford last July. He was ordered to pay the full £800 in compensation.

ALSHAFEEA EZEREG, 23, of Northcourt Avenue, Reading, admitted personal possession of cannabis in Oxford last October. The bench imposed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered Ezereg pay £50 in costs and surcharge.

DARREN BASDEN, 49, of Hadrian Walk East, Reading, was found guilty of two assaults. He appeared before the Oxford Magistrates’ Court on a warrant and admitted two counts of failing to surrender to the court. He was jailed for 26 weeks and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

SEBASTIAN LUCACI, 36, of Horspath Road, Oxford, admitted sending threatening phone messages and texts. He received a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and a 90 day alcohol abstinence tag. A restraining order bans him from using or threatening violence towards his victim and from damaging her property. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
