ASHLEY WALKER, 24, of Stratford Road, Wroxton, pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Clio on Chalker Way, Banbury, last November while over the drug-driving limit for cannabis. Walker was fined £400, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £245 in costs and surcharge.
HARRY EWERT, 31, of Higher Eype, Bridport, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit van on the Banbury Road, Bicester, last November when over the drug driving limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £650, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £345 in costs and surcharge.

CAINE WALSH, 21, of Greville Road, Warwick, admitted driving a Mercedes CLA on the M40 near Bicester in August 2022 while over the drug driving limit for benzoylecgonine. The magistrates imposed a fine of £120, driving disqualification of 12 months and £133 in costs and surcharge.
CHARNAN RAI, 29, of Ockwells Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mini on the A329 near Stadhampton on January 17. Tests showed he had 72mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; twice the legal limit of 35mcgs. Rai was fined £407, banned from driving for a year-and-a-half and must pay £248 in costs and surcharge.
WERNER SNYMAN, 38, of Nuffield Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Fiesta on Churchill Road, Bicester, in January. Tests showed he had 97mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; almost three times the legal limit. He was fined £600, banned from driving for 23 months and must pay £325 in costs and surcharge.
JARED AVERIS, 33, of Lattistep Court, Gloucester, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Abingdon police station on January 22, having been arrested on suspicion of committing a traffic offence. Averis received a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work, a three year roads ban and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
MAREK SIERECKI, 34, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by going to outside a property and shouting a foul word. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay £85 in costs.
DAVID BODOCKY, 34, of Mallards Way, Bicester, admitted driving an Audi A4 on Burns Crescent, Bicester, while over the limit for cannabis. Bodocky was fined £230, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £92 victim surcharge.
LORD AYREE, 26, of North Drive, Hounslow, admitted driving a Mercedes C220 on Oxford Road, Oxford, while disqualified and uninsured. He also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis. Ayree was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

JADE HARPER, 28, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted entering a neighbour’s property in Chatham Road as a trespasser with intent to do unlawful damage. She also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. She received 12 months’ imprisonment suspended for a year, must pay £100 in compensation to the officer and was made subject to a two year restraining order banning her from contacting two named individuals or going to the property she broke into.
SEAN LEWIS, 36, of Churchill Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit van on the M40 between junctions nine and 10 last November when he was over the drug-drive limit for morphine. The magistrates fined him £230, banned him from the roads for a year and ordered he pay £177 in costs and surcharge.
SEAN MILES, 19, of Ferry Road, Oxford, admitted stalking a woman between January 1 and 6 this year by going to her home address when he was ‘forbidden to do so’. He also admitted damaging a glass belonging to her. He must pay £100 in compensation and, as part of a community order, was ordered to wear an alcohol abstinence monitoring tag for the next 90 days. A restraining order bans him from going to any property where he believes his victim is staying. Miles also pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment in a separate incident that took place on January 31 and for which he must pay £100 in compensation
